Vail Valley Tournament

We went to the mountains this weekend.  It was a beautiful
weekend to go the colors were amazing.  Sadie had a soccer
tournament so we at least tried to make a vacation out of it
and took the kids out of school on friday so that we could play
a little bit.  Then we had soccer ALL day saturday.  They won all
of their games and ended up winning the tournament on
Sunday in over time. (although we were not there).  This was
the only picture I got of soccer, and it is fuzzy and the ball
was probably no where even close to Sadie.
Sadie had 2 great games.  She usually plays goalie for half of
the game and then striker the second half.  When she was in
goal she had a great save from a penalty kick.  We were all
so proud of her.

After all of the games on Saturday the girls had a pizza party
and swimming at the hotel.

This is one of our favorite places.  Mom and Dad love the
outlets and the kids love to look at the river and there are
always fisherman down there catching fish.  We end up standing
there forever.

In between games we spent a lot of time at the park.

Ruby loves the swings.

Max was able to do these monkey bars all by himself.
He was so proud of himself and I was proud also.

Ruby looking soooo cute in her cute jacket that
Grandma Shirley gave her for her birthday.

The weather changes quite quickly in the mountains
so we had just about everything from warm to cold
with lots of rain that was very close to snow.  Luckily
grandma and grandpa came during the really cold and
rainy game and took the kids back to the house at half
time.
