Easter 2009

tree at church for the easter egg hunt.

Don't mess with the "Bubble guns"  The boys got these in their

Easter basket they were a real hit.  Ruby got a doll that she can 

take in to the bathtub with her and Sadie got some New Era 

magazines.  

After church, when it was still 40 degrees and

raining, we went to our uncles house for dinner

and more egg hunts.

Many of the cousins in on the hunt.  WE also 

celebrated Grandma Shirley's Birthday.  So it 

was an Extra Special day.

With all of the fun that we had this weekend we still spent

a lot of time thinking about Christ.  We have a book that talks

about what Jesus did everyday in his last week.  Which was a 

great way for us to remember what Easter is all about.
