Last night at about 8, Sadie came in and asked
if I would straighten her hair. Sadie has NEVER
asked me to straighten her hair. Cory was leaving
for the gym so I thought "Girl Time"! I have NEVER
done such a good job before, If I do say so myself.
I don't know if it was because she is older and
a "little" bit more patient or what. I even did a
better job than my hair dresser when she was
trying out her new straight iron. Sadie's hair
hasn't bee this long for a really long time. And
when she looked in the mirror after 1 1/2 hours
(of sitting in front of the T.V.) she had the biggest
smile on her face. Any time we had tried it before
it had always ended up a little frizzy.
The back of her hair.
This morning at 7:30 on our way to school. We did curl it
under a little this morning. But most of the curl you see in
front was naturally like that this morning when she woke up,
so I just curled under the back.

good grief, i'm crying all over the place. i can't handle her growing up. i can't.
and i love the new blog title.
Sadie is indeed very beautiful! I love her hair. Of course, she could wear any hairstyle and I would still love it. What an awesome family! (I am a little prejudiced)
She looks great!
