The Park

Last week we went to a little park downtown with our "park days group"
from church.  It had this little petting zoo a train(that wasn't running when
we were there) and a creek for the kids to play in.  It was a lot of fun.  Something
different to do to  get the kids out of the house.

               goats and sheep

                     gobble, gobble, gobble

they loved wading in the creek.....

until they saw the snake lurking around the rocks!

The boys then wanted to watch the snake, catch the snake, just
about anything with the snake.  Sadie on the other hand said we
are going home and going NOW.  The snake continued to try to hide
and didn't affect the playing going on in the water with the other children.
We did leave!

tell sadie i used to have a pet snake. a ball python. it was awesome.

then tell her that if i see a snake now, i scream and cry like a little girl.

life is nothing but twisted irony.

I'm with Sadie. Snakes are gross.
